Once your mountain bike or item has been sold and the payment has been confirmed, we take care of everything.
We arrange collection directly from your address and delivery to the buyer, providing you with a prepaid shipping label.
If you're selling an mountain bike or a frame, we'll send all the necessary packing materials directly to your home. If you're selling MTB components or cycling apparel, you'll simply need to pack the item securely yourself.
Every shipment is fully insured against loss and damage during transit, giving both buyers and sellers complete peace of mind.
After delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to check that the item matches the listing. Once this period has passed, the payment is automatically released to the seller, minus the Bikeflip commission.
If an item is significantly different from what was described in the listing or the information shared in the Bikeflip chat, the buyer can request a return.
This includes substantial differences related to the model, size, condition of the item, or the presence of an undisclosed defect that affects its usability, safety, or functionality.
Minor signs of wear or small differences that do not affect the overall appearance or proper functioning of the item are considered normal for a used product and are not valid grounds for a return. In these cases, our technical team may, where appropriate, evaluate whether the buyer is entitled to a partial refund funded by the seller.
The return policy does not apply if the buyer simply changes their mind after the purchase or chooses a size that does not meet their needs.
